The main ingredient in all dishes or entries must be coconut. There will be several categories of tasting events. Each participant will present their unique sample for tasting. It is important to note that participants cannot duplicate meal or beverage types and must provide the name of their food/beverage in advance. Participants must have good sportsmanship to enter competition. The categories include Soup - Salad - Appetizers - Desserts - Condiment ( Ex. coconut chutney, coconut cilantro chutney, coconut curry sauce, etc.); specialty beverage (No Coquito)
